Bite The Apple: Not Far From The Tree

The tree held the Apple.                               Light; it showed the Apple. Shade; it gave the Apple.
Then discarded it into a world that thrives on consuming anything it please.
                                                                       After all, it is nature.
It may be survival of the fittest.
The strong and smartest of the fruits may survive.
All things do eventually die.
The elite live in an ocean of perpetual chaos.
But the apple does survive?
When the apple does survive, it's because it fell in a spot that protected it and allowed gravity to guide its path?
You've grown up into a marvelous human being. If no person said it, allow me...
I'm proud of you.
If you have a dream; keep going.
Plan methodically, the steps you need to take.
Proceed with precision, the actions that demand hold your happiness.
Last, live without regret.
Once those three are done.
The Apple never has to look up at the tree to apologize.
There will be times where because of the size of the Apple, gravity will allow it to go but so far from the tree.
Branches, sticks, and leaves will rain down as hell fire from the tree.
You will hear your friends, family, lover, strangers, and the people from your thoughts give you daydreams of nightmares you wish not to see the light of day.
There will be times where the rodents will nibble at the skin of an Apple.
Dig from the soil upward to feel the fire that raised you.
You can't stop a forest from growing, but if you drop a pebble in a river every hour, eventually the river can change the life, growth, stability, and perspective you get from the forest.
You looked at me.                  Your face.                                    It only showed disgust, betrayal, bewilderment, and brutal love. You couldn't fathom how I could make such life choices. I could only look at you and wonder why you chose to live and love the way you have. I took drugs for recreational use, had sex because it was an act on impulse. I'm in love. Weren't you in love at one point. Weren't you told not to do things because people cared for you and wanted the best for you? Yet you more than likely did those things. I mean isn't that how you were stuck with me? I was never arrested. I was born into a home of protective custody from birth against my will. Who asked how I felt?
They said it was for love.
I just think it was because out of guilt, you couldn't bear to go through with the adoption. You couldn't just abandon me at a church. The hospital made them take me home. I grew up in a tree that had everyone believe in a life that never existed. Then once I grew to a nice healthy apple and saw the world and the tree for what it really was, I wanted change.
That left me in the hospital and my best friend in the morgue. The car T-Bone us. We didn't see him at all. You thought I was dead and if it wasn't for the tattoo that you didn't want me to get, you would've never had found me. That last argument was over a tattoo… I decided not to get it only because I was going to wait until I moved out.
The winds of a furious storm of chance rolled me back to the protection of another tree. My fiancé… After weeks of arguing in court was able to take me home. You, my mother and father church going folks held much guilt, you couldn’t bear to see me leave again. She’s my life now. From my core, to the depths of my skin, I am enraged. The tree never kept his word. It promised to protect me.
For that I say tell you the tree, my parents,
Thank you.
The tree bark is just as bad as it's bite. And the scar that it leaves is everlasting for chaos is the worlds natural order. Out of storm surges rose our ancestors, the great shade bearers. They created an abundance of fruits and floras that stretches as far as the apple's eye could see.
Yet, the Apple learned to never look up at the tree and beg for help. I learned to walk again while weeping for the loss of my brother. I now walk after 3 years, 23 weeks, 4 days, and 15 hours.
Never back down from the tree.
Never forget you are a product from the tree.
Never forget you are the Apple.
When they ask why are you the way you are?
Tell them that you are product of the tree.

As such, the Apple without fail, Never falls far from the tree.
So if you have to bite an apple, why not bite the apple: not far from the tree. Dedicated to all rebels everywhere.
